NY and CT gift baskets: Per state law we cannot ship food and wine in the same package. Basket orders that include both food and wine will be sent in two separate packages from separate warehouses. Both packages will contain an explanation that they go together.
In addition, New York will not allow any non-wine products or gift bags to be included with a wine shipment. The recipient, by law, must be at least 21 years of age, with proof of age. Wine shipments cannot be left without a signature.
